Personal Statement
A native of Orange County, Erika possesses a vast amount of knowledge of this county’s real estate market. Having spent several years travelling abroad and living in Los Angeles after graduating with a BFA from Emerson College in 2000, Erika has “come Home”. In Los Angeles, Erika was actively engaged in the arts in theatre, film & television, while managing a high profile restaurant. Her travels & entertainment experience have broadened her awareness of the world & enhanced her communication skills. Although Erika has had her license for under 5 years her exposure and the foundation of her finely tuned negotiating skills & business acumen began at an early age. Real Estate runs in Erika’s genes, as her mother has been an agent for 30 years. Erika witnessed the birth & evolution of ARC Realty #1 in Sales from conception to the present success of the company today! Erika possesses all the qualities necessary in a successful agent to help move a transaction smoothly to the closing table. She is intelligent, articulate, a consummate communicator & liaison between all parties. She is absolutely dedicated to not only meeting clients’ expectations but far exceeding them!
